This year's anniversary edition is a sweet delight. We aged honey in our Nebraska Straight Bourbon Barrel. The returned the whiskey to the "honey" barrel for a beautifully sweet and rich finish. The nose is rich with honey and vanilla, carrying those sweet notes through the palate, and ending with long and pleasant finish.
