The Earle is our Nebraska Straight Bourbon finished for an additional year in barleywine cask. It boasts a deep amber color and an earthy nose with hints of hay, sweet coffee, and raisins. The palate is creamy and sweet, offering notes of leather, oak, toffee and chocolate cherries. It finished long with a sweet aftertaste.
