This is our second release in our Double-Oaked Whiskies series. It is a straight rye whiskey that we rested for a second time in a new American oak. The fresh char imparts more color, giving it a rich deep tone and the toasting of the wood releases even more sugar. This imparts a caramelization and sweetness as well as an overall finish that adds complexity to both body and flavor.
