We are Nebrska and we are proud. Corn rules in this 100% corn mash bourbon. Our first bourbon mash, our first bourbon barreled, our first bourbon bottled and now our first straight bourbon. Nebraska Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a 2-year-old bourbon coming in as a single barrel and at barrel strength. Meaning it is at a hefty 60.5% ABV or 121 proof. Sweet on the nose with the 100% corn mash and, while there is heat due to the proof, a refreshingly smooth pallet and finish with hints of creamy caramel, honey and vanilla.
