White Whiskey

White whiskey. White Dog. Moonshine. All words used to describe the new make whiskey before it spends anytime in a barrel or aging vessel. Straight off the still and proofed and bottled. This is our Nebraska Bourbon 100% corn mash bill. Proofed to 40% ABV (80 proof). Has slight heat but a sweet nose. Great for mixing and doing side by side tasting with our aged Nebraska Bourbon.
